Our challenge with Ion was to build a cross platform TV user experience that satisfied both traditional and modern viewers. Traditional viewers are comfortable with channel surfing, recording content and frequently using their EPG/Grid Guide. Modern Viewers don’t record, they like and follow. They don’t care if something is live, on demand, catch up, or an app. They just want their content anytime, anywhere.
